| Front counter individual (young man) not very friendly and rather abrupt / rude. I was first to arrive for an oil change at 7:30am but had to wait for AssocPro (commercial account) to go before me. Paid $40.00 more for an oil change on the south end location vs the north location. Ask for tires to be rotated and that never happened. |

| Brought my car in for oil change and overall check. Pick it up later the same day, next morning oil all over the floor of my garage. Brought it back in and they had to change an O ring which was crimped??? The lady who works in the shop was very nice both days . The guy with the beard when I first dropped it off has a bit of an attitude - not very patient. Over all the last time I brought in my Porsche they overfilled the oil which was a problem and a potential engine issue and according to the Porsche service department . So , I had to take it out to Porsche Dealer to resolve the issue? In general - Not a pleasant experience the last two visits. |
